The CZFS makes available to companies, investors and economic operators a list of spaces, plots and warehouses, for their exploitation, always in accordance with current legislation, and with prior authorization from the General Directorate of Customs.

All businesses located in the Free Trade Zone will be subject to the Internal Regime Regulation(RRI), and those that are under the Free Trade Zone Special Customs Regime will enjoy the tariff and tax advantages.

These spaces are subject to a Public Bid and regulated by a General Bidding Terms and Conditions and Economic-Administrative and Technical Conditions.
