Governing bodies:

PLENARY: (articles 10 – 16 of the Statutes): governing body of the CZFS, highest body of the Entity (articles 10 – 16 of the Statutes): “The persons forming part of the Plenary of the entity shall have the power to delegate, in writing and on an ad hoc basis, another representative of the Plenary.” (article 11.2 of the Bylaws).

Management bodies:

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE: (articles 17 – 19 of Statutes): Management body, having among its functions of executive character: those that could be delegated by the Plenary, formulation of Budgets, Strategic Plans and Accounts, approval of tariffs and authorization of activities according to the Internal Regime Regulations, functions as Contracting Body and contracting of personnel.
 

SPECIAL DELEGATE OF THE STATE (DEE): Appointed by the Minister of Finance (Article 21 of the Bylaws). His functions include “the direction and supervision of the ordinary affairs and personnel and budgetary management of the Entity” and those delegated to him by the Plenary and the Executive Committee. He is the Vice President of the CZFS.

Institutional Representation and before operators:

PRESIDENT: «Representation of the Entity» and «imposition on operators (…) of sanctions» on the basis of the RRI . He is the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cantabria (article 20 of the Statutes).
